What is your CANCELLATION policy?

I know that life happens and things do come up, but I ask that you please give a courtesy notice of at least 24 hours if you do have to cancel your appointment. Failure to do will result in a 20% charge of the services booked.
 

what happens if i’m running LATE?

Again, life happens. If you are more then 20 minutes late, chances are I won’t be able to complete your service. We might have to reschedule your appointment or if you choose you can leave without styling.
 

WHAT HAppens if i don’t show up to my appointment?

Please understand that my time is valuable. When you don’t show up to your appointment without proper notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Any client that does not show up to their appointment will be charged 50% of their service & will not be allowed to make future appointments with me.
 

what happens if i go home and realize i don’t love my hair?

As a colorist & a business owner, your happiness is my number one priority. However, in the event you are unsatisfied with the services performed I am more than happy to have you come in for a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your appointment. If you choose to see another salon or stylist during this 7 day redo period I will not be held liable for any adjustments made and you will be charged full price for any services requested. I stand by my work and will never let a client leave if we are not 100% satisfied with the results, with that being said I will not offer any refunds for services preformed in our salon.
 

is there a return policy on products?

Unfortunately, any products purchased though Painter & Mane can not be returned. All sales are final.
 

will i be able to get to my goal hair color in one visit?

Chances are, no (but sometimes miracles do happen). Depending on the integrity of you hair and your hair’s current condition it could take multiple sessions to achieve your desired color/style result, which is why I require a thorough consultation before every appointment so I can communicate this to you. The integrity of your hair is will always be my number one priority.
